- Provide Status Directly to Borrower via Internet, Mail, and Verbal Communications
- Validate and Confirm Verifications of Income, Assets, Credit and Lender/Investor Requirements (Pricing, etc.)
- Coordinate Settlement Services Including Title, Closing, Appraisal, Flood, Hazard Insurance, and Mortgage Insurance (if applicable)
- Prepare Final Loan Documents per Lender/Investor Requirements
- Deliver Closing Documents to Title and Escrow
- Manage Trailing Documents to Lender/Investor
- Issue Purchase Commitment on Behalf of NHSA JPS, LLC.
- Manage Lender Partner Funding into Loan Closing
