R-HOME is a collaboration of nonprofit, public, and private sector organizations working together to safely extend credit to underserved borrowers.
The program combines Just Price loan products with local government subsidies, First American Corporation's ANTHEM technology, loan servicing through NHSA and CitiMortgage (a division of Citi), and discounted borrower paid mortgage insurance provided by MGIC and The PMI Group. |
